Ok, I had one of the saddest experiences last night. Jenna has this teddy bear, she calls "Teddy", that she has recently made her very best friend. For the past 3 days, she has taken Teddy everywhere, and he has done everything with her. He ate breakfast, painted, went to the mall, slept, etc. Last night, she left Teddy sitting at the kitchen table and forgot about him. Our dog, Lilly, who loves to chew on anything she can get, got ahold of Teddy and chewed his eye out. Jenna's reaction was so so sad. I seriously have never heard a little girl cry such a sobbing sad cry. It was so sad to watch. After 5 minutes of sobbing, when her cry was just a slight cry, I asked her why she was crying. She said, "because Lilly chewed up my very best friend, Teddy, the bear!" She was so worried that Teddy was hurt and wouldn't be ok. Luckily, daddy played doctor and got Teddy all fixed up. Now Teddy looks as good as new, other than his eyes being slightly lopsided. Even after a couple hours she kept asking Teddy if he was ok.

This is Teddy
As for the dog, if any one knows of any ideas to make her stop chewing on anything she can get, we'd love suggestions. We've tried bitter apple, chew toys, everything I've read on the internet. She is only about 8 months old, but nothing seems to work! After chewing up Jenna's shoes, Jenna's snow boots, Rylee's shoes, and numerous toys, I'm about ready to get rid of her!!! We like her though, so we really don't want to do that.
