New home

Today was a good day! We made an offer on a new house this morning. We looked at the house for the first time last Tuesday and have loved it. I haven't been able to get the house out of my head (and heart) all week. After a few walk throughs and much consideration and research, we decided to offer. The crazy things is that we haven't even walked through any other houses. We've looked at a few online, but nothing compared. We love this house! I tried to post a picture, but I was having troubles with it. It is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house over by Skyline High School. It is actually in my mom's ward, so that'll be cool. The sellers have until tomorrow at noon to counter offer, which I'm sure they will. We are so antsy to find out what's going on. We are so ready to move, although not ready to move out of the ward....sad! I will post more tomorrow after we find out what's going on. It's amazing how right this decision feels. But now, we have to sell or rent our house quickly. So, if anybody knows of anyone looking to buy a house....let them know ours is up for grabs. It is the perfect starter home. It's kinda crazy, we stuck a sign in our yard today (although I still have much cleaning and de-cluttering to do) and we had a call within an hour. I showed it even though only the surface had been cleaned. I have a feeling it's gonna be a crazy month to come!!! But exciting!
